By booking an appointment, You agree to provide accurate details and make payments using the approved methods on Our Website.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. The Company does not store Your payment details.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for rescheduling or refund, at the Doctor’s discretion.
Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
If the Doctor cancels an appointment, You will be entitled to a full refund or rescheduling.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and medical information.
You agree not to misuse the Service for fraudulent bookings, payment abuse, or unlawful purposes.
You acknowledge that medical outcomes may vary and no guarantees are made regarding treatment success.
